The carousel in Story City, Iowa will be the headquarters for the NCA's 2008 Technical Conference. This special presentation photo show includes pictures of ths 1913 Herschell Spillman carousel from the '50s and '60s, as well as a series of pictures from the carousel's restoration that took place in the early '80s.
